2. What data we use
We only collect what is necessary:
- Contact details (name, email, phone) → To manage your account.
- Restaurant details (menus, photos, info) → To publish them on your website and Google Maps.
- Payment details (email, transaction reference) → Processed by Stripe. We do not see your card.
3. Where your data is
We use professional technology providers who comply with European security regulations. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. Never.
4. How long we keep them
- While your account is active: We keep them indefinitely.
- After canceling: 30 days (so you can download your information). Then they are deleted.
- Payment data: 7 years (mandatory by tax law).
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Correct them
- Request their deletion
- Request a copy of your data

6. Changes
We may update this policy. We will notify you by email if there are major changes.
