2. What you accept by using Menuveo
By registering with Menuveo, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Plans and Payments
Plans have automatic renewal (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Payment is processed via Stripe. We do not store your card.
4. Cancellation
- No permanence: Cancel whenever you want.
- Notice: Notify us 7 days before your next renewal to avoid automatic charges.
- Refunds: We do not refund periods already paid. You can use the service until the last paid day.
5. Your Data Belongs to You
The photos, menus, and content you upload are yours. We only provide the tool to publish them.
6. Service Availability
We strive for Menuveo to work 24/7. Occasional failures may occur, which we will resolve as quickly as possible.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You cannot:
- Use Menuveo for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Attempt to hack or interfere with the service.
- Sell, reproduce, or distribute Menuveo software.
If you breach these terms, we may delete your account without notice.
8. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona.
